Terms of Service

Plain-language summary: WATZAAA is a JunkDNA AI, Inc. product in a test-market phase. Use the site lawfully, be 18 or older to take part, and remember that we send you to venues to book and pay — we never hold your money. The full text below is the legally binding version. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using watzaaa.ai (the “Site”) or taking part in the WATZAAA program (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service. WATZAAA is operated by JunkDNA AI, Inc. (“JunkDNA,” “we,” “us”). Where you also hold a JunkDNA account, the JunkDNA Platform Terms govern that account; these Terms govern WATZAAA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Outings take place at public, licensed venues and may involve alcohol service governed by the venue's own rules and the law of the state where the venue is located. The Service is currently offered as a limited test in a small number of U.S. cities and may change or end at any time.

3. The Service

WATZAAA publishes public event facts (title, venue, date, time, and a link to the official source), introduces people into small groups, and suggests plans. We do not organize, host, control, or supervise the events or venues we list, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a venue. Event details can change; the official source linked on each listing controls.

4. Your Conduct

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when joining or hosting, (b) treat other participants and venue staff with respect, (c) show up when you say you will or tell us in advance, and (d) follow venue rules and applicable law. You agree not to: (e) misrepresent your identity or age, (f) harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone, (g) use the Service for commercial solicitation without our written agreement, (h) scrape or harvest the Site other than by well-behaved crawlers obeying robots.txt, or (i) interfere with the Site's operation. We may remove anyone from the Service at our discretion, including for conduct reported by other participants or venues.

5. Verification

Our verification statements mean exactly what they say. “Phone-verified” means we confirmed control of a mobile number. “ID-verified” means a hosted identity-document and selfie check returned a match; we never store identity-document images, only the result. Verification reduces but does not eliminate risk. You are responsible for your own safety and judgment when meeting people.

6. Payments

WATZAAA never collects, holds, or processes participant payments. You book and pay venues directly under the venue's terms. Venues may pay JunkDNA for group bookings, listings, or labeled promoted placements; paid placement never changes the organic order in which events are shown.

7. Messages

If you give us a mobile number, you consent to receive text messages about outings you have joined or asked about. Messages are sent by a person, are capped in frequency, respect quiet hours, and stop immediately when you reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of participating.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos, software, and source code — is the property of JunkDNA AI, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. WATZAAA™ and JunkDNA™ are trademarks of JunkDNA AI, Inc. You may view and share listings for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. All other use requires written permission. Nothing on the Site grants any license under any JunkDNA AI patent.

9. Third-Party Links and Venues

The Site links to official event sources, venues, booking pages, and forms hosted by third parties (including Jotform). JunkDNA is not responsible for third-party content, terms, availability, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided “as is” and “as available.” JunkDNA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that event information is complete, current, or error-free, or that any outing will take place or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkDNA AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Service, your attendance at any event or venue, or your interactions with other participants. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JunkDNA AI, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct at an outing, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the “Last modified” date updated above. Material changes will be announced on the Site for at least 30 days.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing legal@junkdna.ai and allowing 30 days for a response.
